This lecture delineates the profound connections between Wall Street and U.S. intelligence. Specifically, the talk highlights the disproportionate influence of key Wall Street law firms upon the formation and development of both the OSS (Office of Strategic Services), America's World War II civilian intelligence service and its successor, the Central Intelligence Agency. Men such as William Donovan, Allen Dulles and Frank Wisner were both key intelligence officers and powerful Wall Street lawyers. Along with men like John Foster Dulles (Allen's brother and partner in Sullivan & Cromwell), Carmel Offie, William Bullitt, George Kennan, Paul Nitze and James Forrestal, they did much to shape the history of the 20th century. The discussion begins with the Versailles Treaty concluding the First World War. Key figures in the machinations of the U.S. delegation to the Versailles negotiations figure prominently in the development of U.S. intelligence and national security policy for decades to follow. They also played a primary role in assisting the development of international fascism, before, during and after World War II. After Versailles, John Foster Dulles (a key member of the American delegation), acting as Special Counsel to the Dawes Committee, helped arrange the loans that re-capitalized Germany under the Dawes Plan. Foster's prominent Wall Street law firm, the above-mentioned Sullivan & Cromwell, profited handsomely from those loans, as well. Dulles' brother Allen also practiced for Sullivan & Cromwell. The firms capitalized under the Dawes and Young plans were instrumental in promoting the rise of Hitler and creating his war machine. Mussolini, Franco and Poland's Pilsudski were among the European fascists who benefited from the largesse of the Wall Street Elite. The lecture highlights the role in America's World War II intelligence service--the Office of Strategic Services--of Allen Dulles and another prominent Wall Street lawyer, Frank Wisner. Dulles served as head of the Berne (Switzerland) office of OSS and later in Berlin after the war. In both positions, Dulles interfaced closely with members of the German industrial and financial elite with whom he had worked while serving with Sullivan & Cromwell. Through these contacts, Dulles was instrumental in helping to preserve this German elite after the war. One of Dulles' principal contacts was Gero von Gaevernitz, who played an important role in introducing German spymaster Reinhard Gehlen to the U.S. intelligence operatives who proved instrumental in bringing the general and his organization into the American intelligence apparat. The lecture highlights the work for both OSS and CIA of Frank Wisner, a partner with Carter, Ledyard and Milburn, another powerful Wall Street Law Firm that was the counsel for the New York Stock Exchange. (Later, when Wisner went to work for the CIA as Deputy Director of Central Intelligence, another Deputy Director, Harding Jackson, was also a former partner in Carter, Ledyard and Milburn.) Both Dulles and Wisner worked intimately with the Gehlen organization when the ex-OSS duo "graduated" to posts with the CIA. The lecture delineates John Foster Dulles' role as Secretary of State under Eisenhower, when Allen was Director of the CIA. George Kennan was the author of the "containment strategy," a key element of American Cold War policy. As a diplomat serving in Moscow prior to World War II, Kennan became an intimate of Gustav Hilger, a key Third Reich diplomat who worked for the US after World War II. Lecture Highlights Include: discussion of OSS chief William Donovan's role as an anti-Bolshevik emissary of American industrialist J.P. Morgan in the 1920's; Donovan's work as a key Wall Street lawyer prior to the war; Paul Nitze and James Forrestal's work for Dillon, Read (deeply involved in funding the Third Reich); Nitze's and Forrestal's post-war role as anti-communist crusaders; the role of Sir William Stephenson in developing the OSS (Stephenson was Britain's primary spymaster in the Americas during World War II); Stephenson's alliance with key Morgan associate Edward Stettinius; the role of Ian Fleming (the author of the James Bond novels) in aiding Stephenson's intelligence work in the U.S.

Introduction: Before getting into the main part of the program, we revisit an important element first introduced in FTR#913. With Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and Anna Paulina Luna giving credence to the "Aliens are among us" nonsense, it is important to bear in mind that the CIA was developing "flying saucers" in the 1960's. Anna Paulina Luna is outdoing herself, opining that lawmakers have information about "interdimensional beings." This is savagely reminiscent of science fiction movies on Trump's streaming media outlet that are presented as "fact." As the Trump regime has tightened its grip, many observers have offered (for the most part) profoundly uninformed analyses of fascism. In this program, we revisit the genesis of German Nazism and the process through which undercover German military intelligence agent Adolf Hitler came to power. Hitler did not "hypnotize" the German public. He rose to power as the result of a systematic program of political assassination. This was followed by the deliberate introduction of the military into German society to foment reaction. The bulk of the program features material recorded in June of 1984, setting forth this history. We should note that the description for the program features an important example of Trans-Atlantic networking. In 1923, future O.S.S. chief William "Wild Bill" Donovan met with German military intelligence agent Adolf Hitler.

First, the discussion focuses on the conflict between corporate profits and both substantial wages and benefits and strong environmental protection policy. This conflict results in an element of cognitive dissonance on the part of most people (who must work for a living.) In order to maximize profit, discomfort must be correspondingly maximized as well. Human behavior is dictated largely by two principles that psychologists call the pleasure principle and the reality principle. In a nutshell: people do what makes them feel good. When they feel bad, they must alter their environment in such a way as to remove the discomfort. They can either change their external environment or their internal environment. Political action, labor and environmental organizing would certainly bring change that would relieve social and environmental distress. That is not as profitable as holding down wages and profits. Profits can be maximized if people can be made to alter their internal environment in such a way as to endure or even enjoy discomfort (what Mr. Emory refers to as learning "to enjoy sitting on a tack.") There are a variety of ways of getting people to attempt this. If they are inebriated on drugs or alcohol, their pain will be attenuated (at least temporarily) and their will to resist blunted. In this context, opium would be "the religion of the people." The real thing might be even better. The analysis centers on a society in which people would be made into "true believers," through a combination of totalitarian political control and technologically-reinforced fundamentalist religion. Denominational affiliation of subject nations and individuals may well remain diverse, but the foundation and source of political power would be tremendously powerful, technologically sophisticated military weapons of mass destruction. Most importantly, the very existence of these weapons would be unknown to the vast majority of people. An administrative elite would exercise political power. This elite would be religious, political and military in nature - Mr. Emory characterizes them as "priest-spies." They would have at least limited knowledge of the prevailing military technology, as well as advanced tactical knowledge of its application. Their "parishioners," on the other hand, would see (and would be encouraged and obligated to see) the devastating application of the destructive technology as "miracles." Groups or individuals who deviated from the prescribed path would be punished with the technology and this, again, would be seen by a naive populace as retribution by some supernatural entity. (It should be noted that New Age religions are by no means immune to this kind of exploitation and seduction by fascist elements.) Weapons technology that might be involved would include genetically-engineered micro-organisms ("the plagues of Egypt"), Tesla technology to cause earthquakes or alter the weather ("God's punishment on the wicked"), long distance mind-control techniques involving electromagnetic radiation ("the Voice of the Lord"). (Note: this lecture was given before information about Project HAARP became public.) In L-1 evidence is presented that so-called "flying saucers" are real and do not come from outer space. They are advanced aeronautical devices, whose development began with prototypes flown by the Germans during the closing stages of World War II. They were further developed by the Western Allies in the years after the war. There is also substantial evidence of attempts by elements of the intelligence community to create belief in space aliens. With this in mind, Mr. Emory discusses the possible uses of "UFOs" and "aliens" in the fascist techno-theocracy described above. Introduction: Continuing analysis of the ideology of Joshua Haldeman, Elon Musk's grandfather and a major ideological influence on him and, apparently, "Team Trump." An ideological fascist and anti-Semite, Haldeman decamped to South Africa and became a minor luminary in the Apartheid government, a direct offshoot of the German Nazi Party under Hitler. Haldeman also became obsessed with finding an alleged lost city in the Kalahari Desert that he felt betokened a "white civilization" in Southern Africa. Key Points of Discussion and Analysis Include: Haldeman's membership in the technofascist Technocracy movement, similar in many ways to the ideologies of Curtis Yarvin and Benito Mussolini; His membership in another neo-fascist political party, the "Socreds;" Haldeman's praise in an article in Die Transvaler, a paper edited by Henrik Voerster, a Broederbond member whose paper lauded the Third Reich; Haldeman's shifting of blame for the Sharpsville massacre to the "International Financiers;" Haldeman's book targeting mandatory vaccines and fluoridation of the water as part of a vast "International Conspiracy" against health; The similarities between Haldeman's ideology and that of Brainworm Bobby (Robert F. Introduction: This program continues a series on the career and apparent influence of Joshua Haldeman, Elon Musk's grandfather. We begin by noting the surreal politics of Anna Paulina Luna, presiding over the "inquiry" into various conspiratorial processes. Ms. Luna: " . . . . media to name the groups they claim are behind the protests that led to the violence, and the money that backs them. They describe a web of connections between the immigrant rights and leftist activists on the streets of LA with . . . the Chinese Communist Party. . . ." Elon Musk has opined that the pyramids of Egypt were built by aliens, something that will look familiar to viewers of Trump's streaming media platform. Like so much of Trump's business empire, it has a familiar look: " . . . . After winning the 2024 election, Trump placed his stake in the company into a revocable trust solely managed by his son, Donald Trump Jr., who is also on the company’s board. The president isn’t the only official who has been in a position to cash in on the company. Other members of the Trump administration have also held shares or served on TMTG’s board. TMTG’s CEO and chairman is Devin Nunes, who is a former Republican congressman and the current chair of the President’s Intelligence Advisory board. . . ." Much of the program focuses on Trump's TMTG streaming fare. The platform is presenting "Alien Lizard Conspiracy" films, presented as documentaries. " . . . . Less than two minutes into the movie, the narrator makes a shocking claim. 'The evidence we are about to present to you has the potential to rewrite thousands of years of human history. It will present evidence that suggests ancient serpent or lizard-like aliens came to earth thousands of years ago,' the narrator says. 'We’ll also present evidence that these ancient aliens are still among us today.' . . ."  Furthermore" " . . . . Jesus Christ and Buddha are aliens. . . ." As will be seen Elon Musk's influential grandfather Joshua Haldeman's political resume contains many items that appear to anticipate much of what the Trump/Musk administration is presenting. This will be parsed in greater detail and at greater length in upcoming installments in the series.

These programs highlight a disturbing synthesis of substantive, factual inquiries (the assassinations of JFK, MLK and RFK, Sr.) with proto-fascistic ancient aliens built the pyramids, ancient astronauts, Eric von Daniken bs. Holocaust deniers have long hovered around the edges of the assassination research. Once one realizes that, in fact, Lee Harvey Oswald was a patsy in the JFK assassination, James Earl Ray was a patsy in the assassination of Martin Luther King and Sirhan Sirhan was a [mind-controlled] patsy in the assassination of RFK, Sr. it leaves many in a relativistic political/intellectual universe. Introduction: Highlighting the rise of what many call "Techno-Fascism," this broadcast begins with discussion of fascism in Manchuria and Japan under Nobusuke Kishi. Kishi's "Manchurian legacy" is a dominant consideration in Korea and should be reflected on against the background of what is happening in both Korea and the U.S. Supplementing discussion of Kishi, we detail analysis of another form of "Techno-Fascism," rooted in the Silicon Valley and featuring the ideological precepts of Curtis Yarvin, aka "Menscius Moldbug." For all its apparent novelty, this ideology is a high-tech version of Mussolini's Corporate State. " . . . . Instead of advocating for a constitutional republic with minimal government, this new strain of thought pushes for a private, post-democratic order, where those with the most resources and technological control dictate the rules. In this vision, power doesn’t rest with the people—it belongs to the most competent 'executives' running society like a CEO would run a company. . . ."

Introduction: The program begins with reading of two articles discussing the arrival of fascism in America. The articles are limited in scope, however, Mr. Emory feels a degree of satisfaction to see the overdue recognition of the true nature of the unfolding apocalypse. From Henry Giroux: "We live in perilous times. The mobilizing passions of fascism are no longer a distant echo of history—they are here, surging through the United States like an electric current. We are in a period of social, ideological, and racial cleansing. . . . Americans are not witnessing a slow drift toward authoritarianism. They are living through the violent, coordinated seizure of democratic life by fascist forces emboldened by indifference,  cruelty, and the architecture of unaccountable power. . . ." Following that reading, Mr. Emory presents an informative interview by Amy Goodman of a Guardian journalist who details the fascist forces shaping both Elon Musk and Peter Thiel. The influence of Elon Musk's grandfather on the development of technocratic fascism is a topic that will be explored in future programs.

Introduction: Continuing discussion of the spectacular first months of the Trump regime, we begin with the exodus of a Yale professor who wrote a 2018 book about fascism. He feels the U.S. may be headed for a fascist dictatorship. A critical piece of analysis concerns the growing ease with which bioterrorism can be perpetrated. Placing the onus on Russia, China, North Korea or "terrorists" the author disregards the fundamentals of the emergent synthetic biology. The ominous warning from the doctor about the growing threat of bioterrorism should be seen against the background of RFK, jr.'s stewardship at HHS. He has been cutting staff with the result that the ability of the U.S. to adequately deal with a pandemic is dramatically reduced. The balance of the broadcast consists of discussion of the Trump/Musk regime as a coup d'etat. Interestingly, none of those who wrote about the fact that a coup is underway have recognized that on 11/22/1963, the U.S. had a fascist coup. What we are seeing now is the result of that deeply tragic neglect.

Introduction: Beginning analysis into Team Trump's entry into the arena, we note the similarity between the rapidity with which Hitler moved to restructure the government to suit his needs and how Team Trump is replacing the civil service and abusing the fundamentals of the constitution. Key Points of Discussion and Analysis Include: Hitler's contesting of an election he lost by 6 million votes; Review of a paper published by the New York Federal Reserve Board that opined that the 1918 influenza pandemic helped pave the way for the rise of Adolf Hitler; An article that opines that the rightward shift in the sentiments of young voters may well be due to the pandemic; Review of the Broederbond--the central organization in the Apartheid government in South Africa and a direct extension of the German Nazi Party under Hitler; Elon Musk's meeting with the AfD's Alice Weidel, in which they agreed that Adolf Hitler was a communist; The AfD and other European rightwing parties were invited to the inauguration; Adolf Hitler's role as an undercover German Army intelligence agent in the aftermath of World War II.

Introduction: "Follow the Money" is an axiom. These programs explore the forces controlling the centerpiece of his real estate portfolio. Before delving into analysis of 40 Wall Street, we note the altogether dubious nature of Representative Anna Paulina Luna, who will head overlapping inquiries into, among other things, the assassinations of JFK, MLK and (possibly) RFK. Apparently fundamental misrepresentations of her background are a measure of Ms. Luna's intellectual credibility. It will be interesting to see if Ms. Luna's representations give intellectual momentum to Holocaust Denial, "Yes" on Aliens, "Yes" on Controlled Demolition of the World Center, and, perhaps, Donald Trump on Mount Rushmore. Key Points of Discussion and Analysis Include: Ms. Luna's Maternal Grandfather's Third Reich Service; The use of a financial real estate vehicle as a money laundering instrument for Ferdinand Marcos' wealth, the bulk of which came from Golden Lily recoveries; The mysterious German aristocrats (including the Von Bismarck family) who own the land beneath Donald Trump's 40 Wall Street property; The sale of the 40 Wall Street land to the Marcos front three weeks after its purchase; The mysterious ownership of the LLC's controlling the land beneath 40 Wall Street and (possibly) Trump himself; Ferdinand Marcos, Jr.'s Golden Lily presidency in the Philippines; The projection of a fascist Golden Lily milieu about taking over the U.S. with their own national security apparatus; The encouragement of the Marcos Golden Lily pipeline into the U.S. by the Reagan White House and William Casey's CIA.

Introduction: Continuing our analysis of the frightening events occurring in Korea, these programs detail the attempts by South Korean president Yoon to establish martial law, including apparent false flag attacks on South Korean politicians, as well as American installations and personnel. Important discussion concerns the apparent launching of hostilities in the Korean War by South Korea, thereby luring the North into a well-laid trap. Of paramount importance in this context is the fact that General Kim Suk-won (who fought for Japan during World War II) was in charge off the border forces for Syngman Rhee’s forces: . . . . He [John Gunther] says that “two important members of the occupation” went along on the excursion to Nikko and that “just before lunch” one of them “was called unexpectedly to the telephone.” He came back and whispered, ‘A big story has just broken. South Korea has attacked North Korea.’” . . . . . . . . In the early morning hours of June 25, 1950, South Korea’s Office of Public Information reported a South Korean military attack on the border city of Haeju, which North Korea confirmed but South Korea later retracted.
